Our process
Quick and easy
The Spinnaka process is nice and simple. All you do is log in your instruction and then we take over.
We clean and issue the data to our local surveyor on the ground. That surveyor will be the most appropriate for that particular property and location. Our coverage is national taking in over 900 surveyors, including Northern Ireland.
We'll arrange the inspection on your behalf. On completion, we'll process the valuation report and quality control the information. If you want to check progress in the meantime you can do that online with up to the second realtime information.
There won't be any unnecessary waiting. You'll receive the valuation the second it's available. We do whatever it takes to get the valuation into your hands as quickly as possible. That means we chase and quality control on your behalf, minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day.
