Frequently asked questions

• Q. If our applicant has recently had a survey done on behalf of another lender can we have a re-type?

  A. No, unless we have written permission from that lender and furthermore, the original survey must have been carried out within the last 30 days

• Q. When can we expect to receive/are we expected to submit photographs for a report?

  A. Photographs should be submitted within 24 hours of the report.

• Q. If we instruct to you today how soon can we expect the report?

  A. We aim to turn around in three working days although we often do it within two.

• Q. Can we set an account up with Spinnaka to send instructions?

  A. Yes, we have a simple process and will take approx 10 working days worst case.

• Q. Who do I speak to if I have something to discuss about a case?

  A. Each client has a dedicated member of staff that looks after their cases, we ask that any issues should be discussed with this person and we will speak to surveyors on your behalf.
